The Fundación Magnolios Land Fund raises money to purchase and protect areas of high value forest in Colombia. All money donated to the Fund goes directly to land purchases.

Working with project partner SalvaMontes, the Foundation has identified several areas of forest at risk of deforestation in the Antioquia region of Colombia. This area is part of the western cordillera of the Andean mountain range and is a biodiversity hotspot.

In order to protect these forests, the Foundation is urgently raising funds to expand the area of land under protection before this area is cleared.
